Visit https://mycommunity.ymcapkc.org/s/registration
Under the Categories tab on the left, select Licensed Childcare, then select Tacoma Schools
Select the course listed as REGISTRATION FEE 24-25 and complete the steps for the $50 registration fee.
Once the $50 registration fee is processed, you will need to complete the enrollment application forms located on your MyCommunity account (YMCA online account):

On your YMCA account, navigate to Account Information and complete the following forms:

Enrollment Form
Vaccination Form (Click on File Upload at top of page to upload your document)
Waiver & Acknowledgement Form
Additional forms based on each child's needs

Fee Structure

Monday-Friday Full-time Care
- Before and After School: $550/monthly
Monday-Friday Part-time Care
- Before School Only: $325/monthly
- After School Only: $350/monthly
Non-school Day Rate: $50/Day

DCYF Subsidy is accepted. Apply online or call the Childcare Subsidy Programs Family Line at 1-844-626-8687.

Hours of Operation

Before School: 7:15 a.m. to start of school day
After School: End of school day to 6 p.m.
